Ordered fence posts there because it said their store has 47 in stock. That was a week ago. Was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, nothing ever came. Called. They said they were coming the following week on Monday, so they changed my delivery date without even alerting me of it. Just got the call today, the day before the delivery, they don’t have any in stock. Unprofessional. You don’t change delivery dates and not call the customer, don’t sell stuff you don’t have on hand. They need to better track their inventories and make sure they aren’t selling things they don’t have. Now here I am last minute scrambling to find posts because we based the day the contract was suppose to install the fence off of the delivery dates I was told. I usually shop at Lowe’s because they have unbeatable customer service, veteran parking up front, and veterans discounts plus amazing deals. The one time I branch out and use Home Depot I am disappointed. I’ll go back to shopping Lowe’s from now on.
Pretty decent customer service. The staff knew where everything was and stopped to help immediately. Parking was very tight though. If you have a long truck or a big car watch out. Checkout took no time at all. There was someone who helped us right away.
Nice customer service. We got our products and some extra things to the house. Self Check out was easy and there was barely any traffic in the store. Perfect shopping experience.
Of the two Home Depots in Quincy, this store is the busiest and has a wider selection of products.
The absolute worst customer service anytime anywhere. Each and every employee when they see you coming a Bert's attention and practically runs from you besides taking the time to help you when you do ask for help they seem exasperated at the request and I usually no help at all worst Home Depot around but they're all kind of like that these days anyway no customer service whatsoever
