Never an attendant on duty to resolve issues. Furthermore, no one returns my calls and all you can do is leave a voicemail. Now that mailbox is full. The first time I was there a few weeks ago, I was very pleased with the automatic wash. I went back on January 30. I paid $12 for the Tsunami wash option. 30 seconds into the cycle the machine quit, leaving my truck soaking in presoak soap. There was no way to cancel or refund my money at the kiosk and no attendant on duty. I had to rush into a manual wash bay and pay again to rinse all of the soap off. I have since called repeatedly, asking for a return call to discuss this. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! I drove from west of Locust Grove, as we have no car wash. I've also been back by a couple of times, hoping to find an attendant on duty to resolve this. Darn shame and poor way to run a business!
The system worked well enough to make my car look better than when I drove in the stall; however, after completion of the selected service, my credit card showed a lower deduction than what I was charged the following day.
Nice car wash! Vacuums work well. Now I just need a refund for the first bay that I tried that didn't work. Lol.
It was as if I never had a car wash at all. Water and stuff everywhere but still dirty! $14 for nothing. Nobody to complain to. Nope never again.
I'm just glad this joker is open 24 hrs!! I was able to slide in there and get the ride clean. Bring some cash after hours tho.. i don't think the card swipers work at night
