Normally the service is good. Today was terrible. There was only one car in front of me for an oil change, and I sat there 45 minutes while they talked and barely worked on the other car. When I finally got into the service bay, they didn't even have the grade of oil I intended to get. So, I was able to get just a basic oil change, because I refused to upgrade to the synthetic oil change for almost $20 more.nnI could have gone to Walmart if I wanted a basic oil change. It would have been cheaper and faster.
