Our Service Technician was very professional and knowledgeable in the trade. Very informative and quick to diagnose problems we were having and quickly fixed the issue. He was on time, efficient and most of all knowledgeable and willing to help. Thanks again Angel! Highly recommend them if you need help with pumping and drain lines.!
Our dishwasher leaked into the unit below us. We were so scared! We called several companies and none had any available plumbers for an emergency. We called Roto Rooter and their plumber came right away- within 30 minutes he was at our doorstep. Luckily it wasn’t a major issue and everything was resolved quickly. The plumber was so friendly, patient, professional, and comforting. We hope to never have a plumbing emergency again, but if we do, we know who to call!
I know I don’t write as many reviews as I should. However, the tech who came out - Angel- did an amazing job! Some may belittle the idea of snaking a main drain but he came through in a big way. Not only did he clear the line but he provide solid recommendations to keep this from happening again. He took care of my property like it was his own. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Kudos to roto-rooter for having such reliable employees!
Garrett did a great job fixing my leaking pipe and had to cut into my ceiling. Nice guy and great company to be open on a Sunday. No one else was open.
Special thanks to GREG our plumbing technician was a lifesaver to our emergency toilet problem. He was very empathetic and gave us a thorough explanation of the problem and a fair price. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and their services to anyone.
