ServiceMaster Gordon

Hired them for a water leak in our master bath, which included mold damage. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Came by every single day (on time) to check on the progress of the dryers. Did a fantasic job prepping the area and cleaning up after the work was complete. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

My experience with ServiceMaster Gordon has been terrible for a few reason, which I will list without drawing this out. After suffering a fire at my residence I was referred to ServiceMaster Gordon to remove, clean and return salvageable items and discard non-salvageable items. Upon the initial walkthrough with the one of their representatives everything went will; we told him what items we wanted cleaned and grouped our salvageables in 3 areas of the home to make them easily identifiable. After a few weeks when our items were returned we were appalled to find items damaged, uncleaned or cleaned to varying degrees and missing pieces. Worst of all, many items that we stressed we wanted to keep were discarded. After losing majority of our possessions it was extremely difficult to accept that the few salvageables we did have were thrown away. After speaking with the manager and providing images and receipts of our discarded belongings the total price for the service they provided was reduced. This was a difficult time for my family that was made worst by the the lack of attentiveness of some of ServiceMaster Gordon's employees. More than anything I hope, this does not happen to anyone else who utilizes their services. I've drastically condensed this to capture the main points and in doing so I did not fully illustrate the frustration, heartache and headache brought on by dealing with this company. The 2 stars are because they at least had the decency to admit their errors and reduce the total price paid.

We had a toilet break and flood our home. They were at my house within 45 minutes and have been amazing dealing with my insurance company to get this resolved quickly. Abraham and his coworkers have been available to me at anytime to make sure my family is taken care of. I'm so thankful. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance in an emergency.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will not arrive on time, worst yet, won't even call ahead of time to reschedule. Instead of hiring professional movers, they will move your furniture themselves and break them. Even though they may claim to have years of experience, their process of handling the restoration would indicate otherwise. They will promise you one thing and then claim they never said those things. I would highly advice looking elsewhere for your restoration needs.

Arrived quickly with a big crew to mitigate washing machine flooding my home. Service crew was knowledgeable, thorough in removing water damage and carefully explained each step of way in their process. Came to house each day to check moisture readings, and progress of dry out.
