I was in and out within 20 minutes for an emissions test. I tried to call before going on a Sunday and no one picked-up. Luckily I drove by and they were open.

The U-Haul Rental is the worst service I have ever encountered. They charged me twice for the same rental. They are rude and disrespectful. I had to call U-Haul Customer Service to get a refund and got put through hoops to get my money. The young guy that works here did not know how to ring me up. Not only did he charge me twice, he still overcharged me. BEWARE of this place. I have never had a problem renting a U-Haul in 10+ years moving all over the country, but this place is the WORST!
Great service. I like the Sandy Springs location better but they still uphold their rep here as well.
Awesome experience, in & out quickly. David hooked up our trailer & made sure we were satisfied with our rental. Will be back!
