11/13/2020. My first and likely last visit. At $39.95 for a single car wash, I think it is a poor value. Bug spots remained on windshield and front bumper. This is a model yr 2020 car that is garaged nightly and cleaned frequently. I got out my own rag and scrubbed them off while looking for someone to come out and have a desire to help me. No one came over. I left and not likely to recommend or go back.
It was raining when I got AI and not a single car there. I had called earlier in the day to explain I needed to get my late husbands truck cleaned up so I could sell it. It sat near a year so it needed lots of extra work, but, the owner only charged me the lowest price for wash/vac. They went over and above!! Great business!

I have a monthly membership to this car wash for many years now, I’ve used both locations, in Alpharetta and in Roswell/Crabapple area. The service is always polite, quick and they do a great job on washing my car. I plan to continue my membership until I move.
I paid $39.99 for a car wash on Sunday morning. My black plastic side of my car was not cleaned and then stained with the spray they use to clean the tires, when they did not even cleaned my rims. The kids from different high schools have done a better job. The car inside was barely wiped down, there were water marks everywhere. I was pleased the first time here when I paid the cheaper wash, but for $40, it was a bad bad job. I won’t be coming back here.
