The wash was very good and my car looks great, but it should not be so expensive to get a good wash. Service was fine. Nothing special. One of the vacuum hoses in the lane I selected as broken. All in all I will probably. Only go now and then.
I am an unlimited member. We go through the wash a couple times a week, because our young son enjoys it. It’s usually a good experience. HOWEVER, on our last visit, we were greeted by an exceedingly rude attendant who felt the need to display a crude attempt at berating me for having trouble with steering. He is clearly an individual with the mental capacity of a zygote and should not be dealing with customers on any level. Needless to say, I will be canceling our membership. It’s a shame because the other guys have always been pleasant and even draw smiley faces on the window for our son.nP.S. “It’s his first day” is not an excuse. It wasn’t his first day as a human. A grown person should know how to be civil. Too many aren’t.
Dave at Tidal Wave Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell brings great energy and customer service to this establishment. He seems to truly care that customers have a great experience and goes the extra mile to make this happen. Even though other employees here have not measured up to his standards, I have returned solely because of Dave.
Great and Thorough Wash -- I ordered the option with tire cleaning and this is the only place that has gotten my rims completely clean. All of the brake grime was washed off. Also almost no wait to get the car washed. You pay at a kiosk and sit in your car as you go through.
Justin and crew are friendly and helpful. They had a slow moment and Justin asked me if I would like my mats washed. He took them away for a scrub! That is great service!
