Seems to be a well run car wash. Employees are attentive when it comes to rinsing and scrubbing the front and back of your car when you pull in to the wash.nI just wish they offered a Basic Wash” for $6-7 like most automated car washes do. The $10 package is a bit of a rip off/scam for the tire “package” as you are basically forced into paying $3 extra to have tire shine sprayed on. The wheels always require additional hand cleaning after going through the wash as they are still a bit dirty and the tire shine sprays all over the wheel, not just the tire, and needs to be cleaned off. I’d probably visit more often if they offered a basic wash.
If you drive a larger SUV, drive through car washes can be mediocre at best, but this one does the best job of any I've been to in the area. It also does a good job on the tire shine. Even though I live closer to Woodstock if I'm ever near this is about the only place I will take my cars other than washing at home.
Their monthly subscription program is a tremendous value. Staff is always friendly and timely with assistance where needed. It can get a bit busy sometimes but the staff pushes the cars through at a good pace.
Great place to get your car washed. They provide towels and glass cleaner. In addition they have floor mat cleaners. I highly recommend Wash Factory Car Wash.
The Factory Car Wash had everything needed to clean your car. The wash tunnel addressed all parts of the exterior. Strong vacuums, micro fiber towels,and floor mat cleaners are available.nNote: The wash tunnel is not touch free.
