I got a pedicure and manicure for me and my girl and the gel tips didn't stay on my nails past 3 days, it was chipping off and i was able to rip off very easily. I understand if i didn't pay over $100 for the set but I did. When I informed them they seemed understanding snd said they would call me back. I've waited a couple weeks no call so i did go in today. Different front desk person, but she was kind and said she would let the manager/owner know. When she called me back she said since I waited so long to get a hold of them they can only give me 10% off another manicure but i will not get my nails done here again. They have other great services but nails isn't it.
Best spa I have ever visited, the staff is super nice, and the spa was immaculate cleaner than clean. Must schedule appointment if haven't done so. I know I will be returning. Thank you!!!!!
I was in town for a family emergency and I really needed to take care of myself. I was able to get a massage scheduled within days, and it was beautifully relaxing and effective. Thanks so much!
I went in for a pedicure and brow tint. Boyfriend went in for a deep tissue massage. Boyfriend enjoyed his massage very much! I enjoyed the pedicure very much! The brow tint, I guess there was confusion with the tech. She ended up doing a brow wax instead. I’ve never had my brows tinted before so I didn’t know the process, then when she was done waxing I was a little confused but thought maybe I asked for the wrong thing. Went up to the front asked about it, she apologized and offered to do it (licensed esthetician), but I think she was rushed as she also had to take care of the front. It wasn’t what I was expecting but I’m still planning on returning! Great place and atmosphere.
While I really enjoyed my experience with the people at this salon I did not get what I paid for. I paid over $120 for the 1.5 hour lash extension service, I received about an hour and 10 minutes of the lash service. I did like my lash style but I did not receive my money's worth.
