Overall experience below satisfactory. Booked an appt online. About a week before appt I get a VM stating the stylist will not be in and I should reschedule with another stylist on that day. I get a machine when I call back - left VM but no one called me back. 2 days before appt I get another VM stating appt needs to be rescheduled, then an email asking me to confirm I’m keeping my appt. finally reached someone who said I would have to reschedule to 9am- no one said that the general mall isn’t open at that time so when I arrived I had to go to 4 different entrances, called 3 times before someone answered and told me there one door open at that time. Stylist didn’t seem to understand what I wanted done even though I had a picture, so I just had her do a single process ( color darker than I asked for). Asked for straightening balm to be used when flat ironing - was told they don’t have any. First salon that ever told me that. Will not be a returning customer.

False advertisements for new clients, we were charged double! The haircut I received was no where near what I wanted nor was the color. My mom wanted a color filler and they just did the same color she had already. I asked for bayalage and they wanted $110 more on top of the $150 new client promotion. My sister asked for layers and there were none to be found! First and last time going there....Really disappointed!

I love Dellaria great stylists never have to wait around very clean and professional highly recommend .

If I were just rating my stylist I’d be giving 5 stars. But I’m not. I’m rating the salon. Half the STAFF weren’t wearing their masks over their nose, including the receptionist. Staff wasn’t asking customers to wear their masks over their noses either, and when I left, two men were sitting waiting wearing no mask at all.nnWe’re in a pandemic, folks. Don’t be the dummy wearing a mask over your mouth but not your nose.
