made appointment, they never showed up or called. I called and they disconnected me, did not return phone calls.

I used Norwood Plumbing to replace a toilet in my master bathroom. The plumber was extremely helpful by suggesting a toilet that would be best for my bathroom. I went out and bought the toilet. He came back the next day to do the install. He was impressed by his level of service and the patience that he had with me.

Norwood Plumbing was great. I called them out to repair a leaking faucet. During the repair process they realized that the water pressure was really high. Apparently that could have caused me a much bigger problem. They were able to get both issues resolved.

I bought a new dishwasher from home depot. They were supposed to install it for me but the told me that they were not able to do it because of the condition of my water line and that I needed to call a plumber. I ask a friend if they new any good plumbers and he told me to try Norwood Plumbing. I got them out to my house. They were able to get the water line repaired and put the dishwasher in. The plumber did a great job of explaining the issue with my water line and what might have caused it. I liked the service a lot.

We had a water leak in my ceiling so I called Norwood Plumbing. They were out within 2 hours. The plumber discovered a leak in a pipe located between my upstairs floor and my downstairs ceiling. He was able to repair the leak and refer a guy to fix the damaged ceiling. They both did a great job. I'll be using Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues. They were rated one of the better plumbers in Marietta which is why I chose them. They did not disappoint.
