I called assured comfort because my outdoor ac unit froze over on the pipes. I knew after that I had a leak in the coil because it happened at my old house too. When they came out they detected many leaks in the coil. And our system was from the 90s. Instead of wasting money replacing parts, we decided to get a whole system installed including the coil, outside ac unit and a furnace. It was a bit pricey for our liking even with a furnace promo. Total was about 8 grand.nnTheir customer service is amazing, everyone is lovely. We had about 5-6 different people come out to do different things and everyone was amazing. It was very time consuming having people out everyday for about 4 days.nnThe only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that my husband noticed they didn’t put the correct size flue pipe on, which means carbon monoxide would leak inside the house. We called them to let them know and they are coming out to put the correct size flue pipe on which I am grateful for. But had I not noticed it wouldn’t of been good.

Shane and Brylan were PHENOMENAL! Came in and started working to fix my water pressure issues. They were nice and professional the entire time. I LOVE Assured Comfort! They take care of my air and plumbing! I wouldn't have it any other way!!! THANKS SHANE AND BRYLAN my pressure is top notch so I can wash my dishes.

Scott is very knowledgeable. He explained us the problem and details to maintain the water heater for a long run. Highly recommend.

After receiving quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to go with Assured Comfort due to the fact that they seemed more professional and knowledgeable. They were the only ones that noticed a slight mold issue out of the 5 that came out. They gave me a great deal and installed everything in one day. The system works beautifully and if you live in a hot and humid climate, I highly suggest a system with dehumidification! I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them!
