Found this place when I first moved here twenty years ago. Staff has been great throughout the changes and the service and quality has been good. Over the years I have tried other cleaners that were more convenient as I moved around town but none that were as good and consistent as this place.
I took at skirt to be hemmed which I advised that was needed for that next Sunday. I was told that it would be done. They had my phone number. I went to pick it up and it was not done. They never called me to tell me that they would not hem it. I will not be back. How unprofessional!
Best pricing out of any cleaner I've ever been too- pair that with extremely fast turnaround and service with a smile, and you've got the recipe for the King of Cleaners in Smyrna.
Been using well over 5 years. Drop off dirty clothes, pick up clean clothes when promised. No drama, no problems. Recommend.
I went to have my shirt altered and they measure the link pin it and when I picked it up the had cut it off the bottom to short and said it was my fault. We have been going for over 8years.
