DO NOT VISIT BELMONT CLEANERS! For many reasons, but their customer service is completely disgusting. My fiancé and I lived in the area for about 3 years and needed a local cleaners that was close. Used them for the time we lived in Smyrna and never had any issues other than feeling like the pricing was inconsistent and we felt over charged at times. After moving about 15 mins away we decided to keep using a familiar cleaner. We often get our white comforters cleaned to make sure they stay white. We recently had two of our comforters cleaned - both comforters sets were king and they were about $100 a piece. After picking up our comforters from the cleaners we noticed that both comforters were shrunk. We immediately notified staff, and they completely took no responsibility. They blamed it on the type of comforter that we purchased, and said that we needed to get a refund from the manufacturer. WHAT?! After a few disgusting conversations with someone who sounded like a child we reached no resolution. They offered to wash the comforter again to see if they could “stretch” it back out. They didn’t want to see how the comforters fit on our bed they just wanted us to bring the comforters back before they could issue refund. In my opinion a picture of how the comforters fit on our bed would have been better evidence to show that they were too small. Long story short - We will be visiting a cleaners with better customer service and who is consistent.

Absolutely the best service. The people are nice and they dry clean my clothes very nicely.

This cleaners has ruined two new shirts of mine. My fitted sweater was shrank when I got it back. Another sweater of mine had been faded/discolored. This was the first time either of these garments had ever been dry cleaned and they were not cheap garments ud83eudd2c

Nice people but they attached my skirts to the hanger using safety pins and now the waist bands have holes in them. Also, they put up to 5 shirts in a plastic covering which means my shirts tend to be slightly wrinkled.
