I have been in the area rug and carpet profession for 36 years. I have known Steve and Sergio for almost all of that time. They know everything there is to know about hand knotted area rugs and antique carpets. Sergio puts his heart and soul into his repair work and Steve has an encyclopedic knowledge of antique carpets. They have done many cleaning and repair jobs for me, my friends and family over many years and always go above and beyond because they care about the product and the people they serve. Elite Rug Cleaning and Restoration offered fast, friendly appraisal service at our location and convenience. Stephen and Sergio were able to provide accurate appraisals for all of our Persian, Indian, and Chinese rugs for both retail, wholesale and insurance purposes. I would highly recommend their services for rug cleaning, rug repair and restoration as well as their rug appraisals as they clearly have the experience and knowledge to provide superior service. They are the owners and operators and consequently you can have confidence in their estimates, work and results.

This place does a great job for us and especially this time of year to get some the pollen we track in on the rugs cleaned. The owner is very nice and knows his stuff on these rugs. We will use them again.

Big or small, Elite Rug Cleaners can do it all. They came and rolled up our large area rug, cleaned it, and reinstalled it. Our rug came back looking brand new. We will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services.
