Great dry cleaners! Slightly lower pricing than a standard cleaners with friendly service & quick turnaround. Highly recommend to anyone that lives in the area!
Horrible customer service! Ruined shirt twice! Every single button on my blouse chipped the said they could not replace buttons when I paid to have them replaced and ask for a credit toward future dry cleaning I got the did you dry clean it here when I have been coming to them for years! I could have asked to replace the blouse which would have been 4 times what I was asking for! They lost my weekly business! Things can go wrong but how you rectify it is what customer service is about. I had all new buttons added and what happens when I pick it up broken again. Do you think they offered to fix? Nope!
