I am a customer at the Smyrna location. I am so pleased about the service that I get. When I enter the store, Jean greets me with a smile and never forgets my name. She so professional, my clothes never smells like chemicals and is given to me on the time that was promised. Thumbs up! Thanks You.
I am taking care of elderly people with an incontinence issues I was embarrass to bring blankets, pants with full of pungent odors however, so surprised that they didn't complained a bit and came back with fresh smelled garments. Amazed!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnMy expectations were exceeded and will be back.
Consistent bad attitudes at both locations. Previous staff kept me coming back. It’s changed in the last year or so. The consistent condescensing people have driven my decision to go elsewhere.
Dry Customer service, whether morning or evening she has an attitude. Very sharp and dry. So not going back.
