Do not get your clothes altered here. Every piece of clothing I had altered fit incorrectly. My shirts did not fit after taking them here and my wife had a dress shortened and it was shortened significantly shorter than agreed and measured. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the dry cleaning was fine.
Have been a customer of Stand through two ownerships. The quality customer service has been passed on. Live going somewhere that knows you by name. Been very happy with their service but because if a recent experience, must comment. In a bind, they went above and beyond to help me out. Could have said no, but knew me and helped out. To me, that is what makes this feel like a true community business.
I love Stan’s! Premesh and Rosie have exceptional customer service. The quality of dry cleaning is amazing and the prices are comparable. They also offer other services so it’s a one stop shop! Keep up the wonderful job!
Until last month, I used this cleaner for years and LOVED them. Amazing polite and reliable; always remember names/preferences. I’d recommend them all over town! Then they ruined an expensive jacket (I mean BADLY burned leather hood, straps were burned off entirely, etc.) I could have excused that entirely, except that they panicked when I brought it to their attention, blamed me!, then made up a CRAZY convoluted lie, before finally apologizing and offering credit. I can’t being myself to go back to due the dishonesty, but I can’t say that they’re not 99% of the time lovely to deal with.
I've used this dry cleaners for years and couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic as is the customer service. Incredibly friendly. Very quick turn time. I am a loyal customer and highly recommend them.
