It was my first time ever doing coin laundry and I asked the lady about the process and the prices only to be “waved off” and told to go figure it out yourself (with a smile).nnSo I smiled back and left.nnMoral of the story: If a potential customer has a question, just answer it. Either we really don’t know the answer or maybe we do but be professional in any situation.nnLaunderers Coin-O-Matic up the street on Windy Hill Road had great customer service. He actually explained the process and prices in a professional way so they got my money.
The WORST!!! I have had my clothes cleaned and washed there and paid and also washed my own clothes but the service has gotten awful..!!nnOwners sit around and read the paper or watch TV and never maintain the dryers. 3 timesnDrying clothes and still didn’t work. Owner says not his fault and speaks in Asian... Guess they don’t like money...!! Save yourself the trip...
I expected my cloths to be dry cleaned and they did not clean properly and they actually washed it and when I complained they threatened to call police and blurted a bunch of racial responses and treated me very poorly for my complaint I do not recommend you go there
This is a mom and pop coin laundry service that is very well run and reasonably priced.
