Have been going here for years because of the 10 pieces for $22.95 special. Over the last 6 months the price is usually $25 even though the $22.95 special is in the window. When questioned about it she says that some things they charge more for but she cannot tell me which items. Also, suddenly my linen shirts, even though they have always been considered launderable before, are now suddenly dry clean only according to the owner, even though the tag says machine washable. I have lost trust that she is is being truthful. I would not mind paying more if that was the advertised special but fee like the owner is lying about what why things would cost more and is bait and switching customers now. Very sad to no longer support a local business.

They never answer the phone. Business hours are unpredictable, and most importantly, THEY OUTSOURCE THE CLEANING! One week turnaround is unacceptable for laundering a shirt. As explained to me after the fact, they ship the clothes out to any one of four local cleaners and deliveries are made Wednesday afternoon at 3PM.nnThey will not receive my business again.

You get what you pay for. I sssume they have very old machines and inexperienced workers.

Not a good business . do not clean clothes right . its nasty nasty place
