Don't waste your time with alterations. The man at the desk told me they could hem my curtains. He said they would be picked up Monday and returned the next Monday. I called on Friday to be sure I could pick them up on Monday and he said they forgot to send the curtains out and now are not sure if the lady is still doing their alterations. Poor customer service. Go to Pat's alterations on Johnson Ferry for great prices/service. All they do is alterations.
For years I had been a customer with Royal and they would do an excellent job with my clothes. However recently I had a horrifying experience with them. After picking up my clothes I noticed a black stain on my shirt. I told Royal management that the stain was left by them and they took the shirt to try to get the stain out. This is where the story shifted. I was told that the black oil stain could not be cleaned out of my shirt and that it could not of been left by their machines.nnI have asked for reimbursement for my shirt, which is destroyed, and speak to the owner. None of which happened. I would would not recommend this cleaners.
It is very unacceptable that they told me that my clothes will be ready on Friday and when I come to pick it up, they close the store hours early and even the following day. There’s no way of getting in contact with the owner to get my stuff.

They closed early on Friday and decided to not open on Saturday. My receipt says to pick up on Friday and now I can’t get my clothes for a wedding tomorrow. I will never return and suggest that you do not use this business if you want to get your clothes back in a timely manner.
