Received a text message requesting that they arrive an hour later than my scheduled appointment, in which I accepted. However, they never arrived nor did they call to say they were running behind. I attempted to call when I realized they were a half hour late and no response. This was supposed to be my first time using their services. First impression is a lasting impression. I will be finding a new mobile car detailing service.
Was an hour unresponsive for our appointed time and then finally texted me that he was finishing a job 45 mins from my home. All this after he assured me he wouldn't have me wait all day just for him to cancel. He didnt exactly cancel me...he pushed me to 10am the following morning....and then he no showed in the morning. I'd upload the screen shots if it was necessary but I'm not trying to destroy his reputation only let other customers know that he may not show....even after promising he will.
These guys are seriously the best, they come to you! and the job they do goes unmatched! Seriously my car hasn’t look better since I bought it!! I definitely will call them for my next.car wash!!
Very precise detail service!!! I got the “Motley special”. He went above and beyond to make sure every part of my car was spotless. It smelled so fresh when I got in and the scent lasted over a week!!!
