I was blown away by the quality and amount of time they spent on my car for the price I paid! My back seat was covered in mud, and they spent over an hour cleaning it for $45. I barely recognized the car when they were done with it! It takes a while to get it done because there's usually a line, but it's well worth the wait!

I feel really bad that people have had a bad experience because the first time I ever went to this place my car looked amazing afterwards. Before that I went to the one of near taco bell on cumberland and bubbles did a way better job. Everything in my car looked so shiny and new when they were done. The windows were clean/streak free, the floors had not a crumb and even my dashboard looked like I just bought the car. Yes, during peak hours it takes a while. That’s obviously because they are cleaning for a lot of customers. Clearly, other people feel the same as me as whenever I go there it’s full.

I strongly recommend everybody not to go here to be ripped off. BEYOND HORRIBLE! Customer service is at the lowest level possible. Pricing is unclear and they just started working on my car without asking which program I wanted and they did not say how long time it will take. I had to wait for 35 minutes after a quick wash and nobody had still not asked me about which program I want. I called the owner or manager over whom never introduced himself and he rudely asked what I wanted. I said I have waited for 35 minutes and I can't wait anymore, but that I'm willing to pay for the guy having washed the car. He refused and said I either had to wait for my turn or pay for the cheapest full program which only was 10 bucks. Now, 10 bucks is not a lot of money for a full program, but the extremely ugly attitude and to have to pay full price for somebody throwing some water on the car is obviously a complete rip off. On top of that he threatened to call the police on me for trying to negotiate the price down to only be charged for the little job they actually did. Too bad for him that I run an office close by with ten employees. He lost out on a very good client.

Always satisfied with their service; they do an excellent job. However, always a very long wait!! During the summer and since Covid, there's little covered area to wait. Just mediocre customer service....just pay and leave.

There is a language barrier however the are very good at what they do they take their time and clean pretty thoroughly. I went to another carwash in the area one-day because I happened to get a oil change at the same location and they did a horrible job .... This place is great for exterior and interior cleaning. They clean your car for a good 45min for only $23
