First Class Spin & Laundry was incredibly easy to work with. I called and asked about pickup/delivery service since I was close to their location but did not have a car. They were very accommodating. Also, the price they charge is better than any other location in the Midtown/Starland District Savannah area. Will 100% be using them again!
Absolutely ridiculous! Five large machines down, broken and you allow ppl to leave their laundry for an extended period of time while others have to wait for them to return and unload. I'm not quite so sure you guys care about what you are doing. I'm not so sure you know how to run a simple business. Thankfully, there are other places in town to wash and dry.
Decided to choose this location to do my wash and fold. The gentleman who did my service was very nice and my clothes came back clean, separated and the fabric softener he choose smelled good! I use a company card to make my payments and he had to contact his manager to assist me. We had to do the transaction over the phone but the manager who assisted was also nice and I received a digital receipt for my service. Overall cannot complain and even though I had to wait to pay, it was fine. Enjoyed the quality of service from all parties and I will definately return to this location.
It was Cynthia's first week I believe but her and the owner were both professional and did my laundry promptly. Very happy with their service and prices
Used the washing machines, dryers and could not use the restroom. Trash is always full, bathrooms are filthy. Officially lost my business today.
