Called yesterday and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Non professional and not responsive
I had a major water leak in my bathroom. The plumbers didn't get finished repairing until very late afternoon. I called Servpro. Alan came out and was very courteous even though it was late. He worked quickly and explained everything very thoroughly and patiently as I had plenty of questions. I am very happy. I will definitely recommend Servpro and Alan.
Thankful for SERVPRO of Savannah for their quick response and thorough job of getting our floors dried and disinfected after an air condition leak in our house. Their staff worked quickly to get someone out to start the process of assessing the damage and getting things moving to remedy the problem. Thanks to Alyson, Blu and Tiffanie for being so amazing.
I called and the very same day someone came out. Talk about speedy! David and Clarence came to the resque because I was freaking out after talking with another company. These guys were great, explained what was going on and all the options I had and what I could do. They didn’t try and jerk me around because I didn’t know anything about plumbing or walls. They were great. I would definitely recommend!
