I have had a too in for repair for over 45 days.nThey told me it was lost in shipping three weeks ago. They keep giving me the run around and never call me back when they say they will. I'm very disappointed with their tool repair service and customer satisfaction is out the window on this one.
Excellent selection of power tools.
I had an 18 volt Milwaukee Sawzall windshield extractor they needed new brushes, and Trigger. The guy there was very nice and very helpful. He took it all apart and even cleaned the inside of the motor with new bushings and made it new again all for 75 bucks. If I bought a new one it would have cost me about 800 dollars. Thank you very much kind sir. I will be a repeat customer
Friendly environment and helpful
Although just a quick in and out... The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Offering additional guidance and insight that doesn't come from an instruction manual. Not to mention the part I needed.... Was not to be had at the bigger stores. Definite repeat.
