They always do a great job and take their time.
Cheri is an excellent detailer and I will return mainly because of the way she treated me.
Someone took my car here to get it washed and the outside did not look like it was even washed. For $30 I would at least expect for the outside to look clean and it look how it was when the person took it there. Do not recommend.
As I drive up the attendant is yelling at one of the employees and using 4 letter words. I let him know my 6 year old son is in the car. Not a good start. I was the only one in line so my car went through the wash quick. However, the detailing was another story. Looking at how slow this guy moved made me wonder if he was on crack or meth. It took him nearly an hour to finish the inside of my car. Another employee came over and helped with the windows. I could have, and have, done a better job myself at one of the self serve places. I have gone here three times because of recieving gift passes. Each time it has been horrible. Streaked windows, dirt on the floorboards and doors. I have tried calling to speak with a manager but the phone just rings.
The experience that I had at this car wash was a disaster. They don't know how or don't care about the way they detail a vehicle. They were good once upon a time but now they are terrible. The 21 of August is the very last time that they will ever touch my vehicle again. I'm sorry that I brought business to that particular car wash.
