Her expertise and level of knowledge was clear from the start, and made us feel comfortable and confident that we had an upper hand on all aspects of our first home purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with having Catherine as my realtor. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the housing market, was able to find us a number of homes to look at that met our needs and flexible with taking her time in showing them to us quickly, she is very polished and personable during negotiating and with each step to complete the transaction but also realistic in order to not allow a good deal to fall through. After buying my home I soon became good friends with Catherine and she is always my go to friend now whenever I need advice or a professional contact. She has a large network of professionals she has built relationships with and anyone I have worked with after finding them through her has also been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend using Catherine as your real estate agent if you want the highest level of service in the process of buying your home!

I found Catherine online when my husband and I decided to buy our 1st home! She was very nice and helpful when I called her the first time, so I decided to work with her. Catherine has always been super helpful and friendly, she gave us many great advises when we were searching for houses. She will always try her best to arrange a time that works for us to go look at the houses that we were interested in. Whenever we have a question (which we have a lot, because we have no experience and don't know anything), we would get a response from her right a way, she would either answer our question or try to find the correct information for us, which we really appreciate it. She is an awesome person to work with, and she also has lots of resources, the people that she works with are all very nice and helpful as well(just incase you know no one, like us, lol). With Catherine‘s help, we finally bought our 1st home! It was such a pleasure working with Catherine and in the future if we are going to buy another house, I would definitely call her again! :)

I worked with Cathy while purchasing a condo as a rental unit. She was highly responsive throughout the process. She agreed to show me the property at times convenient for my busy schedule and not hers. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the Franklin area which helped make for a pleasant process though-out. I would recommend contacting her if you are buying or selling in the Franklin area.

Cath took on selling a condo for me that has been very difficult to sell in the past. She was able to do it quickly and kept me in the loop about everything. I would absolutely use her again for another home sale and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you!
