I had a great experience with Beautiful Floors & Janitorial for my carpet cleaning service. Jimmy was very professional & courteous he arrived on time he also took time to explain why some of the old stains resurfaced after the cleaning process from previous ( another carpet cleaning service). I will definitely use this company again!!
Jimmy was very responsive and did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning. Attention to detail and thorough work is what we received from Jimmy. I’ve had carpets cleaned before and the companies rush thru to get to the next job. Not Jimmy. He made sure everything met our satisfaction.
