This is an incredible museum for people of all ages! Our group consisted of 2 “moms”, two 18 year olds and an 8 year old and we all had a great time. The exhibits are amazing and the hands-on activities are so fun! There were different venues that kept us entertained or learning and it was very clean. We didn’t get to do everything we wanted to due to our schedule but I think you could do it all in 3-4 hours. It’s not so big that it takes multiple repeat visits to experience everything, which I appreciate. It’s a place I want to take my mom (in her 60’s) and my young nieces and nephews and I think they’d all enjoy it! There is truly something for everyone!
Have returned on more than one occasion. Staff is always very friendly and genuinely seem happy to see you there. Lots of great things to look at and the planetarium is definitely a favorite. You won't regret your visit. Pretty reasonably priced too.
Our 4 year old loved it! She's been wanting to see fossils for quite some time and wasn't disappointed. We were sad the fossil dig was closed, but she loved gem mining. She had a blast in the science room and running around outside. I hope they open more exhibits on the lawn. We had to wait a while to get in because we didn't realize you had to purchase tickets in advance, and the planetarium only shows the constellations once a day so we missed that. Overall great value and worth the drive!
It was a wonderful visit. Went with family , my 5 and 8 yr old great nephews loved it. We'll go back again with more family. Thanks ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f
Amazing place. I absolutely love it and the gift shop has gorgeous minerals!! Plus real fossils and fun activities. Recommend this 100 percent.
