It's one of the great new burger joints. Five Guys earned its rep. Yeah, it's pricey, but the few menu items they have are that damn good & worth the cash!

If I could give this five guys a zero that’s exactly what I would give them. First of all the service was horrible. There was a young lady with a scrunchy on her wrist with bare hands throwing fries in the fryer. I have never been to a five guys more disgusting than this one. They completely messed up my order. They were rushing with the food the fries were not completely cooked.They totally gpy me on fries. This five guys is a disgrace it should be shut down.
To be accosted by an aggressive cashier was not what I had expected when I entered the Five Guys in Franklin. The cashier, Miguel, was extremely concerned that there were 10 people in the store. It wasn't what he said that I took offense to, rather, it was the aggressive demeanor, and the blatant rudeness in his delivery. I don't need to be dealing with Miguel’s excessive aggression when I'm just looking for a decent lunch.
