Missy and her team went above and beyond to get me the safe I’ve been trying to find for 2 months. Great example of excellent customer service. Don, who delivered the safe was very helpful and professional. After dealing with several other Tractor Supply stores, I will be making the extra drive from now on to the Bushnell store.

My name is Victor Hatton from Lake Pan.nI was at Tractor Supply today 10/23/2020 at 3pm. I walked around the store twice looking for help and could find one person on the floor and I looked outside by the propane tanks not one person to be found for help.nSame thing happened two weekends ago, walked around the store and not one person was found for help.nI could not even find anyone to complain to.nWhat a shame on the management to let this happen as I like the store.nShame, Shame.

Item was out of stock, they said next truck on Sunday may have it. ???nNot going to drive 90 minutes on a maybe.nMaybe I will come back, maybe not, I'm not familiar with this maybe service.n2 stars, store was clean, organized and other employees seemed helpful to other customers. Still success and failure is team effort.

Very clean store with a really nice and helpful staff. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend this store to anyone.
