I would not even give them one star. I called to get someone to come and give me a quote on shutters and no one called me back. I called 2 days later and didn't even apologize for not calling me back. Scheduled an appointment for the next week for a quote and no one showed up or even called. I called and spoke to their service because they had closed because it was raining, no one ever called me back. I would never do business with someone who can not even return a phone call, apparently they do not need the business.
