The car washes aren’t bad. But for $60 a month they could be better especially with the interior. But when trying to cancel be prepared to go through some hoops. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks and still haven’t been able to speak to someone.
Lean pickup truck
I was at this location yesterday, I love the other locations. But I won't be back to this one. The worker got me on the track and walked away. Didn't spray my car before going in at all. My car was still dirty after having to go through twice.
It was great! I usually don't get good results from automatic car washes but my car looks spotless! I'll definitely be coming here again and again. They also have attendants there to help you and answer questions. Great customer service. Plus, the vacuums are free with a wash! I spent $12 and got a deluxe wash plus vacuums! Amazing deal.
I cannot imagine a worse experience. We were just finishing up payment at the machine when a kid with long hair came over and stood 2 feet away from me right by the keypad. He was wearing a mask but my 2 year old son and my 8 month pregnant wife were with me, and not wearing masks. I rolled up my window and told him through the window that we didn't need his assistance. He just kept saying it was his job to be there. I explained my situation that I didn't want him that close to me, but he just insisting that it was his job. We asked him to clear the screen so that we could back up and leave, but then he pretended not to be able to hear us even though we could hear him fine and he had no problem hearing us in the beginning. He seemed genuinely happy that we were essentially stuck there. Smiling under his mask. We finally typed out for him to cancel the transaction on our phone so that we could leave. It was really unnecessary for him to not just respect our boundaries to begin with. My son was very disappointed. We ended up going to Mr. Clean car wash on Foothill drive and had a totally normal experience with a respectful worker. We were regulars and will never be going back.
