I Recently called about the the status of my LTC and before I could even finish my sentence, I was transferred over to another line and that line sent me directly to voicemail. The voicemail told me to email them and I did. They never emailed me back so I called again. I went on to express that I sent an email weeks ago only to get transferred back to the same voicemail line. I called back again and was ignored. If you’re busy, at least have decency to explain things. They have no respect for people who simply have questions. The email is unreliable and so is the individual at the front desk. I am also law enforcement so I respect the work they do but my district NEVER treat citizens like this.

Outstanding police dept!! Job well done Dealing with those “ TEENS”
You'll die just waiting for police presence. The station itself has some very rude officers answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
The Brockton police have always minded my rights and treated me with respect. Even while being arrested. They always aproached the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond in investagating and handling the problem, even when that problem was me.
