I got a bacon [double] cheeseburger. Definitely not worth the $11.32 I paid for it. That's $11.32 for just the burger. Didn't even come with fries at that price. It took me about 11½ minutes getting this burger. So I basically lost a dollar a minute going to Five Guys.

Five guys gives you equality food quality service and takes the time for you the customer to understand that they truly care and you can see what they are doing with your food aswell open kitchen I love that and fresh potatoes each day from another place just great. And great portions for tye price which are very reasonable

We went Sunday afternoon. The little burger is huge. It was all fresh and delicious. The cashier was very courteous. As soon as he took care of the people in line, he went to help in the back. They all changed gloves all the time. No wonder it was busy with both takeout and also online orders.

I love five guys food and the fries .. but the last couple time I went there the service Was horrible.nI went there last Wednesday on my break lunch and there was this tall guy who take my order, I Basically repeat my self like 3 time and he still didn’t understand what I was trying to order , because he doesn’t understand any English, I all I want was a little cheese burger and the toppings I ask was wrong .. I went there afternoon, that day and there was this nice Manager there she was so professional and knows have to talk to the customer’s .she make my order and it was just the away I want it I thank her. Today Sunday on lunch time I went there to get done food and I witnessed this manager talking disrespectful to this customer and all he what was a cup for water, the manager refused to give the guy the cup And there was this Skinny tall guy and he give the poor guy the cup for water that was so nice of him. He did the thing that the manager supposed to do, they need more professional and respectful people in there

The food was okay. Its usually better. It became busy but it was running smoothly until the manger/supervisor came in & started barking orders & several people did not get the correct order including ME!
