Massage keeps me feeling at my best! April is excellent...I got the 60 minute massage today.
When I have time, I get the 90 minute. Almost heaven
I scheduled a massage and after they checked me in and had me wait in the back for about 5 minutes they told me my massage was cancelled due to an emergency. Which I understand but they only tried to get a hold of me once 2 hours prior while I was at work. They didn’t leave a message or a text or make any other attempts to contact me. When I told the front this was an inconvenience she said “sorry life happens”! I understand emergencies happen however the front was not accomadating at all and don’t realize how much time and effort it took me to make this appointment. Poor customer service
Had a facial and massage a several weeks ago. Both services were good, but I won't be back because the front desk people are unhelpful. The first time I was in, they had a problem with their credit card app and it took forever for my payment to go through. I wanted to buy an essential oil kit and they were out. Isn't that their job to keep stuff like that in stock? At that time I rebooked a massage. Then this week I called to confirm my massage because I couldn't remember my appointment time, and they said they didn't have me scheduled! I think I spoke to Adam, and he was rude and very short with me.
