My wife and I had a great experience and great result using Artyom as our real estate agent when purchasing our first home. He is very knowledgeable of the DC/MD/VA housing market and tells you what you need to hear. Excellent communicator and he was available to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Always remembered the details of what we wanted in a home and showed us many great options before we made an offer. Never felt pressure to make an offer on anything outside our price range but once we saw something we liked he acted fast to get our offer accepted and the closing process started.nnI highly recommend Artyom.

Buying or selling, you're not going to find a better realtor than Artyom Shmatko; you'd be smart to get him and his team on your side. Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I know this from experience. Nobody has come close to Art, and I feel very fortunate I encountered him as I began my search for a condo in DC. His knowledge of the field is unsurpassed. For once I felt like I was getting a clear, honest picture of the properties I was considering, unlike with other realtors I have worked with. I wound up trusting Art implicitly. He is transparent in what he does and why, and was never impatient with my questions. In fact he is extremely responsive. He knows exactly how to maneuver around the DC real estate market for your benefit. To top it off, he has a team of supporting professionals that ensured my purchase went smoothly, and in fact saved me money on closing costs (it turned out I qualified for programs I would not have known about otherwise). My only regret is that I didn't have Art Shmatko for my other transactions.

I cannot recommend Artyom highly enough. Moving from Georgia to DC, I wanted someone who 'knew' the district. Artyom is that Realtor. He lives here, he photographs it (check out his social media) and he knows every street. In fact, I researched a lot of Realtors Facebook pages, and Art's is the reason I selected him as part of my relocation. We looked at tons and tons of houses in a very hot real estate market, putting offers in on 6 homes. In the end, the one I bought and call home isn't one I found online, it was one he found for me, and said he thinks I really should look at this one. He was right, and I love it! Art is direct, professional, and super efficient, and was just what I needed to make the most of my time in my search. Thanks Art! I am a 1000% satisfied customer.

My experience while purchasing the condo with Artyom as my agent was excellent. His expertise throughout the home buying process is amazing. He knows neighborhoods really well, he listens and pays attention to the detail. The best part I loved about him is honesty and transparency and his attitude to make sure that I as his client was getting the best deal.nnI am a very satisfied client.
