Gables City Vista

Luv my place concierge is always courteous and friendly. Sidewalk is shoveled when snowy, dog can see other pups to play with. The green space is nice when the weather warms up too. Rent is ave. for this area, apt. quality is above average. Only spoke to management twice, they are polite and helpful.

I toured this place several times looking to move in ASAP, and after expressing my interest in the lease for a unit, the leasing agent completely stopped answering even after several follow ups. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be leasing here (not that they seem to care)

Just moved into the building, the people here are extremely professional and always willing to help. Amenities are kept up to date, clean and well maintained. Surrounding area has all the stores and activities a person could want

I am not a tenant but spoke with a young lady over the phone by the name of Tessa, who is a representative of Gables City Vista. She was the most professional, helpful and friendly individual I've encountered in a very long time! She deserves a raise, bonus, kudos or something! LOL.. In this day and time, when people are struggling to survive, it's people like Tessa, who are needed all around this world! Stay Safe Everyone!

The front desk staff is so welcoming, they always say hello and goodbye when you come in and out of the building. Anna is especially great- she made a point to remember my name when I first moved in.nnMy studio is spacious, renovated, and well-lit. I walk into it everyday happy to be here!
