They were a recommendation from a close friend, I was told they were the best, that my friend was more than pleased with the collaboration with Welcome Home Realty. After I collaborated with them I have the same opinion. I am also more than pleased!

I don't have a lot of time and I had to sell my home town house and and put out for rent a studio apartment and John Welcome helped me so much with all these things, it is a reliable company!

I hired them to help me buy a house, my first house but they offer multiple services and I am pretty sure they are good at any services offered. 100% professionalism

This is the worst realty company. John and James especially are patronising and completely impartial to your experience as a renter. There is 0 communication about when maintenance will stop by, even though the lease specifies a 48 hour notice policy. Then you are blamed as uncooperative for being unavailable during these surprise visits. Even if the visit is weeks after a work order was submitted with no indication of it being attended to anytime soon. Any problem with the house is “your” fault. And fees will indicate as such. Even typical landlord responsibilities such as landscape additions that were unsolicited are viewed as tenant responsibility and the consequences indicate as such. They have the court system in their pocket so even when they break their own lease, you will be held responsible for any remote deviation from your end, even if it was due to a technicality based on wording interpretation. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. you will regret it. They’ll treat you great until you’re locked into a contract that sets you up to fail.

I’ve used Welcome Home for years to rent my home out. They find qualified tenants unlike other management companies who put anyone in even those who can’t pay and do nothing to help either party but collect rent. Welcome home is a one stop service for both the property owners and tenant. I had the worse time renting the home on my own such headaches but not anymore they take care of all of it from finding a tenant, rent collection and repairs. And on the rare occasion there are issues they handle all that too. My tenants are happy and I have no stress dealing with the day to day operations. I recommend Welcome Home 100%. I even refer perspective tenants to them even if they rent a different home because I know they will be treated fairly and find the best home for their budget.
