Just finished my first year here. Great place to live, grounds are kept awesome and the to have a condo on the water is fantastic. How many people wake up open they door and are on a patio drinking coffee over looking the water.
Uggggh. Lived here for 5 years. Other than the view, this place is not a great place to live. The pool is shaped weird as to not allow laps, crime appears to be high, and neighbors are stuck up as if they live in a nice area LOL.
The worst! Take care of your homeowners and fix this place up! In my opinion, We need a much better HOA board! Can we fix the streets!!!! Can we fix the lights that are out!!!!?
The units appear to be poorly constructed. If you are thinking about buying here, do your research! Views are decent but I think there are better values out there.
It's an ok place to live. Views are ok. The pool is way too small and there is no gym. It's just very dated and most units need a major reno. Ok for me since I'm renting but I would Never buy here!
