I absolutely loved living at Yorkshire Downs. When I first moved in I started off in a one bedroom. Shortly after I had my daughter I renewed my lease to move into a two bedroom. The property itself is always beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Both apartments I rented (1BR & 2BR) were spacious and comfortable. The office management (Angelica & Gary) are very professional, friendly and helpful. I love the resident appreciation days; it really makes you feel welcome! The neighborhood amenities are also wonderful. I have recommended these apartments to a few friends looking to move. I would most likely still be living here if I didn't end up moving several hours away for a job. If you are looking for a great apartment with a peaceful neighborhood in York County, this is the place for you!

What a positive experience we have had! Gary's professionalism is unmatched- from our very first inquiry, he has been both patient and informative, answering all our questions and making us feel welcome. When visiting we saw well maintained grounds and a beautiful office. We love the fact that each apartment has it's own private entrance; it is very obvious the tenants take pride in their homes, we really enjoyed the fall decorations some displayed. There isn't one thing we would change and we couldn't be happier!
First time experience. Went to get information on the place. Gary was friendly, informative and professional with all the information that I needed. I love it there.
Today my sister and I signed our lease with The Courts at Yorkshire Downs. My sister and I have been working with Gary and his professionalism is excellent. He worked with our challenges and always responded kindly and helpfully.
