I decided to use Jeremy Hart from Next for our recent home purchase. Hands down- the best choice I have ever made. I have bought 6 houses over the years, and Jeremy made this a totally different experience. He was patient, thoughtful, and careful when he showed us homes. He responds to all of your needs quickly and carefully. He looked out for us like we were family. He earned his commission and then some, and I don't say that lightly. You won't find a better advocate for you when you're going through this process. If you want to have a professional buying experience- Go with Nest and go with Jeremy.

Property being sold bordering our property. No access to this property ever from our private driveway or hay fields.. Without permission someone from Nest Realty went past a posted no trespassing through a private no trespassing red gate and put signs in our field and on our private driveway without permission. Right in the middle of our hay field that was ready to mow hay except for this sign the mower chewed up and we were lucky it didnt danage the equipment- we should press charges on trespassing. Left two messages a week ago and yet to hear from them or did they move their signs!!

There are a lot of “real estate agents” out there. Many are quite mediocre and more concerned about how many houses they sell and their commission.nIf you want an agent that goes that extra mile for you and is truly on your side and cares about you, then go with Kelly Griffin. I picked Kelly out and have been very happy working with her. The whole process of photography and video as well as coordinating a stager to come in and prepare our house was very smooth. We received offers on our house basically the same day it went on the market.nKelly is not just my agent, she is my friend!

Well when you call a real estate company and an agent answers... and you tell them you're interested in a house... does not create a legal contract. Nest Realty made a mess of things and cost me the opportunity to buy a home in their area.
