Great staff to work with on leases. They have some very nice properties. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease property in the NRV!

This is the worst realty company in Radford. I used to live an apartment from them. I only lived there for a year. Most damages and depreciations caused by pre-roommates and they charged all fee on me just because i was the last one left on the lease. Now I tried to applied another apt, and they charged me non-refundable application fee and told me you got rejected bc of your previous record of living there. What’s their logic? Pls don’t waste your time and money to contract with them.

This is the worst realty company in Radford. They do not do any maintenance at all. No matter how much you request it they will not fix it, so be prepared to fix things on your own because a lot of things won’t work in the house. They also have zero communication skills they never say when they are doing inspections and when they come and you ask them to fix stuff, they say they will come back but never do. Don’t waste your money by renting from them.

Don't expect to get your deposit back, when you move out they will not call or tell you anything. They'll send a bill 3 months after their walk through and not say anything. Don't get your expectations to high with them either, very nice at first then after a few months of moving in it goes down hill from there. 0 stars. Stay away at all cost.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is not only rude but entirely unprofessional. I have to call them from someone else’s phone if I need something because they no longer answer when I call from my phone number. The apartments might look decent (or not) but I promise they all have a million things wrong with them. For example, ours had no heat the first time we went to turn it on and we called to get it fixed and had a 50 degree apartment for 2 weeks, our showers all clogged, our toilets leaked, every single bifold door broke, and we had screens missing. I literally don’t have a single positive thing to say. Also don’t expect your security deposit back even if everything is in better condition than when you moved in .
