Muffen is always up on the latest innovations in hair care, not just styles, but hair health! With the new guidelines around safety in the salon since Covid-19, Muffen has a good-health-practices mentality. If something is a risk to her clients and her staff, she does what is necessary to put best practices in place.
If I could leave her no stars I would. Called the night before was told I would be “squeezed in but have to wait.” I pretty much decided not to go bc I had a wedding same day. She called the next morning “ where are you.”I decided to give her a shot as she must have had a cancellation if she was calling someone without an official appointment. Got rushed there to be told I would “ have to wait for being late.” Again tried to give her the benefit of the doubt bc there was obviously some miscommunication. After an hour and a half and her little comments about “teaching new clients a lesson for being late.” I had to leave. Thank god I had a professional salon on standby.
Just be on time and your hair will be off the hook. Muah
