Golden Nails

Last year I had wanted to do my nails, since I was waiting on getting my new phone. There was a man in there who did my nails. I have anxiety so my hands trembled just a bit messing up the nail polish. He then started to get frustrated and asked if I wanted to “pay now” and when I told him my boyfriend was going to pay for it he got frustrated as well. ud83dude44 So after when I go to dry my nails I was going to go behind a lady and he goes “NOT OVER THERE YOU IDIOT OVER HERE.” I was very angry and I hope that man isn’t working there anymore. He's rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. Disgusting attitude

Love this place. Never a long wait. They take their time and make sure your happy before you leave. Always so nice

I didnt like the way they did my nail that the worse place i ever been, I was not to happy went i left the nail salon. They did my nails one hand long and the other hand short.

I went there on a whim to get my nails done a couple days ago and wish I had read the reviews. First off the selection of nails polishes was extremely limited and to be frank ugly. When trying to pick out a color I received an impatient gesture from an employee. Once, said employee started to do my nails (after not even trying to remove the polish with acetone). she insisted that the polish I had come in with on my nails was gel, even after I tried to tell her countless times that it wasn’t. She then without my consent began to use a nail drill, which I believe is called an e-file if I am correct, to remove the polish. If you have ever used or have had someone use one of these on your nails, you would know that it hurts ,especially when the polish you are removing is not gel and this is your first time ever using one of these. So out of pure instinct when the drill got to close to my nail and hurt I pulled my hand away once or twice, the nail lady then began to get frustrated and made annoyed gestures. Eventually after convincing her that my polish was not gel (it took awhile) she then was able to remove it with acetone once she finally tried for once. She continued to make annoyed gestures at me throughout my visit and even out of frustration of her using the drill wrong and me reacting they way any human would, she threw an Emory board in the air and was slamming drawers/equipment or nail products. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met and did not deserve a dime of what I payed for her services, after practically treating me like an idiot. Overall my nails themselves came out a 6/10, there were barely any good color options and she did a horrible job at shaping them. Needless to say I will never comeback here they are completely unprofessional and do not deserve anyone’s business.
