We moved to VA about four years ago. I don’t frequent laundromats too frequently, mostly to clean blankets and quilts. It was so impressive to walk into Wash Land in Church-land. It was meticulously spotless. The machines are super clean and there isn’t a shred of debris on the floor or anywhere for that matter. The staff are so friendly and always available to assist you as needed. I have never encountered such an experience going to the laundromat! You do a great job! Thank You!
Facility is clean and well organized. But several washers are in need of maintenance and repairs. But still a good place to do your laundry.
Nice laundromat. Like the swipe cards but would prefer Laundry Boss app or something similar to pay on the phone. Overall pretty clean and neat. Lots of space. Many different washers and dryers. Lots of tables to fold
The staff was extremely friendly and professional, as well as the location is very clean and well stocked. I'd recommend this center to anyone who needs
The Western Branch employees treat you like an inconvenience. When you come in during evening hours they look at the clock before greeting you. And I'm talking about 7pm when they are open until 10pm. While you are putting your clothes in the washer, the attendee mops where you are which is unsettling because there are other places to mop in the establishment. I have seen them refuse people at 8pm even though they are open until 10.
