I go to Rowe's every Saturday to get my laundry done they have a wash service there a very nice lady named Janet usually takes care of my laundry or her sister

I went in to do my laundry today and the owner was VERY rude to me. Half of the dryers are not hot and other machines don't even work. I went in a few days ago to do my laundry and I was the only customer in there for hours. I honestly don't know how this place is still open. I did not stay today, I took my business elsewhere, and definitely will never return! Mainly due to the owner's attitude.
