I would advise against using Best Cleaners in Smithfield, VA. I have had 3 white items ruined by this cleaners. Today was the last straw! I picked up a pair of white pants on Friday and when I opened them - as always, there were yellow spots on the pants. I took them back today and the gentleman behind the counter tried to tell me that I had washed the pants myself because they did not look like they had been pressed there. He even proceeded to press a portion of my pants to show me what they should look like. I told him THREE times that I had not washed the pants, that I had just picked them up 3 days ealier and could only just now make it back to the cleaners. He continued to accuse me of lying! I then asked for my money back and told him I would take the pants elsewhere. He refused to give me my money OR my pants back, insisting NOW that he would get rid of the stain. At this point, there was no way I would allow him to clean my pants. I literally had to snatch the pants out of his hands to get them back but he still refused to give me my money back (even after I reminded him that we live in a day of Social Media where poor customer service can be communication is mass!) He then threatened to sue me if I ruined his business!!!!! I would suggest (strongly) not taking your items to this cleaners!
